Can the rocker panel or side skirts I'm not sure the technical term on a 2012 fusion be replaced when damaged I see where it not connected to the front fender but it looks like it is to the back fender

anything can be fixed for the right price.

Find a good reputable body shop and have them take a look at it and find out what they say.
