Good motor and good transmission. Assuming it was taken care of. If it was neglected, that’s another story.
AWD on Toyota seems to be good on the most part. There were some issues with the early years of the current generation RAV4, but have since been resolved. I don’t believe there to be a problem with the Highlander of that generation.
10,300 miles seems low for a 10 year old car. Might want to double verify that number.

I am just taking a wild guess, based on my personal experience with cars and with Toyota. I’d say 100K miles and 7-10 years, assuming it is taken car off. Probably more.
Stuff to expect might be needing to change out the spark plugs, fluid exchanges for the coolant and transmission oil, and differential/transfer case.
