So I tried searching for an answer on your sight and haven't seen anyone ask yet.
I have a 2012 Honda Civic. On the negative battery cable it has a battery sensor to regulate voltage. I am trying to install an aftermarket audio system and would love to not have anything regulate the voltage during times I am using the system. Am I able to just unplug this? Am I able to run a switch to the passenger compartment to turn this on and off when needed? Or am I SOL on the whole thing?

Oh, you can bypass it if you want, but it'll probably make you check engine light Come on when you do.
