Should I change the transmission fluid on my 2012 Toyota Camry w/ 75,000 miles? NEVER BEEN CHANGED BEFORE

Yes, drain and fill along with filter (if applicable). You should be doing this about every 40,000 miles or so if you want it to last as long as possible.
