Should I change the ATF fluid after 10 years. Car has 50k miles. Also should the radiator fluids be flushed.

For me and it’s only my opinion, I would change both, but remember it’s my opinion only.

I would change both. 10 years is a long time without changing those fluids, and remember even fluids can degrade over time.

I was going to check the owners manual but Lexus requires you to sign it to do it, I'd check that. Usually ATF should be drained and filled at 60k miles or 4-8 years depending on make, so I would recommend doing it now.
