Hey Scotty , love your channel. I've got a 2012 Subaru Impreza CVT with 200,000 KMs . The dashboard lit up with AT temp , ABS, and a couple more lights. I tracked it to a faulty lock up Soleniod. I took out the valve body and changed the soleniod. All of the lights went out but it stalls at stopping and when you try to put it in gear. My question is should I have done a relearn on it or am I missing something else. Thanks for reading. Sincerely Mike from Canada.
Well sounds to me like it's locking up now and not unlocking. That's what make it stall. Those are pretty complex. Why are you a funny guy like me with a fancy scandal? Check the data. Perhaps it's being sent Dad. It's a lock it up when it's not supposed to be locked up or you got a bad part or it was installed wrong. And now it's staying locked up all the time which it shouldn't
Hey again Scotty. The codes it gave me were P0700 and P2763. I checked the resistance on the new solenoid before I put it in and it read 12.4 ohms. Just wondering if I should replace the valve body or if I just need to do a subaru relearn. Thanks again.
