2012 Town and Country VVT noise?

I have a 2012 chrysler town and country that is making a ratcheting noise when the engine is over 1500 rpm.
I have eliminated anything external to the engine as well as anything belt driven. I've checked the cam and lifters and I don't see
an issue. My best guess is the noise is coming from the cam phasers for the VVT, have you ever heard of these failing or making noise?
Thanks!

check your spark plugs, they all have to be the correct size and hand tight. your piston must never hit the spark plugs and should never hit your valves. have you done a valve lash work? how many miles do you have?

I changed the plugs as part of my trouble shooting process for the noise. As far as valve lash I haven't had any work done. I don't really know how to properly check the valve lash but I did remove the valve covers and check for any obvious issues. Everything was at least snug to feel...

Oh and thank you for the reply! Lol

Phases can make noise but with that mileage more often the noise is bad lifters for my experience. Make a YouTube video and post the noise put the URL here
