I drained half water out radiator and put Dexcool antifreeze coolant in radiator. Now my truck has whining sound when give it gas sometimes. When let off gas you can hear it split second then stops. Didn't have this problem until put dexcool in. Any ideas or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Did any get spilled on the fan belt?
