i have a 2013 equinox LT. it has 160,000 miles. it recently started throwing P228D, P0335, P0089. it has a new timing chain set, new high pressure fuel pump, new fuel pressure regulator, new cam and crankshaft sensors. it keeps going into limp home mode. any idea what i should do with this? i want to keep it.

You might have faulty PCM, but before replacing it, you need to have a pro check it.

Since all these codes are related to parts you said you just replaced, I can only surmise that you got a bunch of bad parts. The only part you mentioned that is suspect is the high pressure pump. This may be throwing everything off. Pressure too high.
the camshaft and crankshaft sensors are reading correct on a scan tool on live data.
