Does the 2013 F150 STX with the V6 engine have a cabin filter. I looked behind the glove box and didn't see it. Thanks

if it does, they'll tell you about it in the owner's manual
the owner's manual just says "If installed" no mention of the location or the specifications or part numbers

None of the online part dealers I checked list a cabin air filter for your vehicle. It probably doesn't have one.
