My mom has a 2013 ford escape sel 2.0l engine with 243,000km. At one point it was leaking antifreeze and I was filling it up every 3 days. The leak has slowed down alot but when it does leak there isn't anything underneath the car. So where is the antifreeze going?

It is possible it is leaking only while you are driving and the car is in motion.
I would get under the car and check to see if there is any coolant residue to be found along the bottom of the radiator or in that general area. You may also have a small leak that is allowing the coolant to evaporate while the car is sitting.
You want to hope it is one of those two, because if not it gets expensive. The other options would be a cracked block or blown head gasket.
