I replaced a bad rack that was locked up replaced old rack with a used rack. I'm not getting any power to my new used rack and pinion... I've checked both fuse boxes and didn't see any bad fuses there's a fuse link on the battery it has power.....I was going to take it to the dealer and have the module flashed but the dealer said the rack and pinion should have power
it should have power so check all the wiring now when you replace a rack that's a lot of work wires can be bent correct broken make sure that the rack itself is properly grounded because of course the motor needs power and ground.

Hello Scotty I've checked the main plug that goes to the rack and pinion it is showing power 14.3.....The other plug goes to the ecu I believe the reason I'm getting nothing at the steering wheel im thinking it maybe the angle position sensor. What's your thoughts?
