Hi Scotty, I have a 2008 scion TC 2door car. I bought the car at 35,000 miles it’s got 80,810 miles on it the car hasn’t ever given me any problems except for a code that has always been with the car since I bought it about the Evap system. I changed the solenoid valve part that little piece was so easy but still the check engine comes on for the code. Recently my car completely turned off in the highway and I immediately turned off car put emergency lights put it in park & turned it on again and it started up instantly. I did notice a little motor oil coming from that little seam at the front face of the engine and I’m worried that my engine is gonna go bad, what do think is happening if that’s the only code that comes back and what should I do for preventative maintenance on this car ? At the mileage that it’s at? I change the oil regularly because I deliver small auto parts for a living with this car? Please help!
