I have  a friend who has a 2013 Ford Fusion SE 1.6L ecoboost 6speed auto trans with 133K miles. It vibrates in park, reverse neutral and drive while idling or driving down the road.

Is this engine or transmission related? Any ideas why its doing this?

You're going to have to replace the motor mounts- it's worn.

Could be a hundred different things.  Have it scanned for codes first.
