2013 Ford Fusion Almost Stalling Out When Idling

Hey Everyone!

I have this weird problem that I can't seem to figure out.

I have a 2013 Ford Fusion SE with the 1.6T Ecoboost motor with a little over 67K miles I've been using as my daily when I'm at college. I've recently been noticing my car idling rough at times when either parked, at a stop sign, or really anywhere when the car isn't moving. It's almost like the car is trying to stall itself out (dropping below 500rpm for a second) but then goes back to normal. It's only been happening every so often, some days it's totally fine, other times it does this.

After doing some research, people say that something like this could be caused by a vacuum leak from the hoses going to the air intake, or the air intake control valve could be having issues. I've looked under the hood and didn't find anything loose or broken, and even ran the engine from a cold start and couldn't hear any whistling noises.

Any other ideas what it could be? I have no engine codes and the car drives perfectly fine.
