Good day Everyone,

I am a big fan and subscriber of your Youtube channel. Many thanks again for all your helpful videos.

I have a 2013 Honda Accord 2.4L EX-L The car was vandalized and its ECM was stolen, I have been trying to install a replacement used ECM and it's been 2 months now with no success.

I can't get any form of communication with the ECM to perform the ECM / PCM replacement procedure as described in many YouTube videos .

I used the VIN number to get a used ECM that matches my car but I still haven't been able to get the car to communicate.

I have so far bought 4 used ECMs and thinking of buying a new one since I couldn't get the used ones to work. From your years of experience do you think there's something else that will cause no communication with all the used ECMs I have bought.

I want to explore all options before buying a new ECM.

PS I have checked all fuses and relays

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Did you reprogram the ECUs after you installed them?

There's no communication with the ecm to do the programming

Make sure the connections are ok and you get power to the ECU before buying a new one.
