I just bought a 2013 Honda CRV AWD - EX-L with 97,000 miles. I can get an extended warranty for $2,500 that covers 750 parts (Priority One by Alpha Warranty Services). I live in New York - we get some rough winter weather and some of the roads are not very well maintained. The car will drive about 20K miles a year. Additionally - when looking at the Carfax - the vehicle has only been serviced on average once every 9K miles and transmission has never been serviced.
Should i get the extended Warranty?
Depends on the conditions on the extended warranty. You should completely undestand the terms of the agreement and then decide to get it or not. Search this forum for more information.
Most extended warranties are a total rip off. Even if you got one, the stealership has a hundred ways not to honor it.
