I am Harpreet from canada. I getting random cylinder misfire code on my 2013 Nissan Altima but its only came when I start my car and after driving little bit it goes away. it only happen when outside temperature is less than -5 C. I checked my battery battery health is good. its only driven 90000 miles. in summer I don't get engine light on. its only happen in winter. do I need to change my spark plugs or there is some other things to take care of?

If you have 90,000 miles on it with the original spark plugs, they probably look like burnt out sparklers by now.  I'd replace them and run some Techron through system to clean the injectors.

If what @doc said doesn't work check your coil packs. I worked on a G37 NiSMO last year that was doing something very similar. Two of the coil packs started to short out and go bad. It had a misfire that only happened at certain rpms and temp. You can pick up a coil tester cheap. If your unsure how to test them go online. There are a lot of videos that show how to do it.

370z NiSMO not G37 sorry I missed typed.....
