2011 Sienna- To prevent smoke from valve stem seals worn out can I get away with only changing the seals on the part of the engine I can reach (part with the pcv valve) Other half of engine is difficult to reach.

Sure, if you like doing only half the job.

I guess you'd only get half as much smoke that way.
Now that is positive thinking.
