2013 Toyota Avalon Hybird went into water for few min's and shut off

I have Toyota 2013 Hybrid Avalon went to rain water for few min up to the hood level and it stopped .. Towed to the Toyota dealer in Ohio and they didn't know what to do as of now because flooding is not common in that area ..

Any ideas will be appreciated ..

Do not turn on the car. 

Watch Scotty's video on the flooded cars. Also search this forum.
