2014 camry i4 133 k miles leak1500ml last oil change , 5000miles every oil change since bough 2.7kmiles 2017 nov.

That's your intake manifold, but that's where the leak is ending up. You need to find the source of the leak which is going to be somewhere above it.

left passenger side of valve cover gasket got oil driverside dry as bone going to change in april and pcv valve NJ too cold now

The point of using UV dye is to look at it with the UV light that comes in the kit.
