Scotty,

Thanks for you informative videos on all things automotive.

Due to rising truck prices I recently purchased a 2014 f150 with the 5.0 coyote and 6 speed transmission.  It has 120,000 miles on it but I was meticulous about the service records.

How long can I expect this drive train to last with proper maintenance?

If you maintain it and take it easy, you can easily expect 200K+ highway miles. The 2014 models were the last before the new generation of F-150's, and was a little better quality than the newer ones in my opinion.
The question is, how did the person before you take care of it? Was it used for hard work? Towing? You can never know. But I bet you'll get at least 200K out of it, maybe even 300...

It's really hard to guess since I can't see it, drive it, or hear it. Good luck.
