2014 Jeep Patriot Sport (base model) Cruise Control does not turn on at all, where to begin troubleshooting?

Check fuse, or relay. Find controller under hood, pull power plug and reinsert if dirty. But there are lot of options from on switch to electrical issues. It also has a brake pedal stop activation switch. Check that. But if no dash light is showing try what I first recommended

Usually it has wire to throttle linkage, but I no longer work on jeeps just classic sports cars so not up to date on them. Try youtube
