Scotty,
I'm looking at a 2014 Lexus ES 350, one owner, 70,200 miles, clean Carfax, asking $19,500 at dealership I frequent for service. Are there any issues with this model year that I should be aware of?
Thanks, Rob
Carfax is meaningless except perhaps for confirming mileage. That model does not appear to be prone to serious problems but you need to have it evaluated by a good mechanic before purchase. A lot can happen to a car in nearly a decade. Price sounds too high but the used car market is still crazy.

If this is the 2014 Lexus ES350 at the Audi Dealership in Plano, TX what would concern me is that most of the maintenance service work that you referred to involved engine oil and filter changes performed at a Valvoline Instant Oil change center beginning when the vehicle was about 2 years old with close to 13,000 miles on it.
I see no evidence in the Carfax report of maintenance to the automatic transmission fluid (30k or 60k mile interval), the engine air filter, brake fluid flush, coolant flush, spark plugs (the Denso platinum plugs should have been replaced at 60,000 miles), etc.
The car may be in great condition but before you spend $20,000 on it you should check the owners manual for the recommended services that may have been neglected and certainly as @chucktobias advised, to have it thoroughly inspected by a reputable and qualified mechanic.
