My wife has a lexus IS 350 F SPORT and during normal inspection at the dealer, they said she needs new brakes and possibly new rotors. The car only has 13,000. Are they scamming me? Brakes usually last at least 30,000 miles. They tell me it is becauses this cars is an F Sport.

Sounds like baloney.
Are they saying the pad thickness is thin?
Pretty easy to check yourself.
Pop off a front wheel and you can see the pads very easily through the Caliper.
If they are thicker than a nickel then it's not time yet.
