Please tell me how to remove and replace the starter in this vehicle. Are there 2 or 3 bolts holding the starter in? The replacement looks like it has 3 bolts but I can only locate 2 on the vehicle.

First make double sure the replacement you got does actually match your vehicle. If you picked up from a car parts store they could have given you one from a different year or different model and make entirety, it's happened before and so many times to me, frankly it's annoying. But if it does check out. If there are 3 bolt holes, then yes there is a third bolt hidden somewhere, sometimes aggravatingly difficult to get to.
