I have a 2014 Mustang GT (automatic transmission) and I’ve noticed whenever traveling at a moderate speed, if I release the gas pedal there is a strange vibration which I can feel if I put my hand on the E-brake handle. It doesn’t happen at all when accelerating, only after releasing the pedal and it doesn’t happen at slow, city speeds, only when I’m around 35mph or higher. What could this possibly be?

Have you cleaned the throttle body?
Yes, it’s clean as a whistle

How many miles do you have on it? Sometimes small shudders/vibrations occur as time goes by but they do not necessarily indicate an issue.
Car just hit 52K about a month ago
If it is a minor vibration I wouldn't worry about it honestly.
