Hey scotty, i recently bought a 2015 Honda Accord SE 2.4L Automatic, 155k miles from a honda dealership. The transmission was replaced OEM from honda a month ago. Carfax was clean and it had regular oil changes from the dealership. Anything i should be aware of when owning a high mileage vehicle like this (considering the year of the vehicle as well).

It should be highway miles which would mean less wear. Of course, the weakest part of those CVT Accords are the automatic transmission, which was replaced. Change the fluid every 30 40k miles and stay up on maintenance, and you should be fine.
Ask a mechanic to check the car for you. The fact that the transmission was changed, means that the car was driven hard and probably not been taken care of that well.
