2015 Camry 2.5l le codes p2004 and p2009

Been to the Toyota dealer twice.  Replaced the actuator, then tried a new programmed PCM without fixing the problem.  Next replaced the intake manifold.  These same codes keep coming back.

I told them the car show no symptoms anything is wrong.  Mileage and performance just like before.  I don't want to throw more $ at it with no results, but I don't have screen options, the VSC lights are on, and my cruise is disabled.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Stop going to the dealer. (Best to go there only for warranty or recall work.) Dealership technicians are usually parts changers who don't take the time to perform in-depth diagnostics. In fact the way they are paid encourages taking short cuts and discourages diagnostic time.

Find a good independent mechanic who will do a proper diagnosis of the problem instead of just throwing parts at it.
