Hi Scotty!
2015 Camry , 2.5l engine, 95K miles, well taken care of. Recently a noise from the dash that sounds like a little motor or fan whenever the HVAC system is running. No matter if it’s AC or heater, a whining noise from the dash happens. Pretty annoying and fairly loud. What is the possible cause and any solutions? Thank you.

Generally it means the fan is wearing out but you might remove it and find out that there's leaves or debris in it that it's heading and that's a cheap fix
