is the dodge dart gt 2015 with manual trans good?? Any thoughts thank you

Not really there actually mainly Italian Fiat piles of junk now the standards are better than the automatic but they are not very good cars and they also do not make them anymore for various good reasons

If you want a good Dodge Dart you'll need something like this, if you can find one that's been well maintained and is not rusted it can run practically forever:
