This morning we had to jumpstart our other vehicle from our expedition. The other car was too dead that it wouldn’t start and we had to put it on the charger. once we got that one started I went into the expedition to follow the other car to AutoZone to buy a new battery but as I was trying to back up out of the driveway the steering would not turn in the expedition and it said that the battery was dead. So I took that battery out and got a new battery and put a new battery in that. Yet it’s still not turning, you cannot turn the wheel at all I have no idea what’s wrong with it can you help me?
If the car's engine is running and you can't turn the steering wheel easily, you have a problem with the power steering system if everything else is OK.
