2015 Ford Explorer 120,000 miles automatic has had regular maintenance. No codes or trouble lights. Idles fine but when accelerating it stutters or misses. Once your at speed it stops. The engine doesnt make any unusual noise it just loses power . I drove it in manual to see if maybe the transmission wasnt shifting correctly same issue in all gears. The shop i use said wait until it throws a code. Been about six months.

It seems your car suffers from lack of fuel under acceleration. Change the fuel filter and then pressure tets the fuel pump.
