Hey Scotty I have a 2015 ford fusion se with the 2 liter eco and my trans has been shifting hard into 3 but it's only when the engine hasn't been warned up once I get going it's fine? I'm not really a car guy what should I do it has 116000 miles

Have you changed the ATF yet?
According to the dealership I had just recently been rebuilt before I bought it by so it's only been 12000 miles since and what's the level how do I check it ?
There should be a dipstick in the engine bay:

Also, refer to the FAQ section to find out if it is safe to change the ATF or not.
Ok so I spent all day yesterday trying to find the dipstick for the tans I can't find it anywhere I found a dipstick bit that for my oil
Okay I found it is it supposed to be a specific color?
