have a 2015 GMC Terrain (78,000 mile in Los Angeles) that is burning through the oil every month. There are no leaks and we believe its burning up in engine somewhere. the 2010-2014 GMC Terrains just settled a lawsuit for this same issue. Should I try and fix it or trade it in for a lexus? We generally like to keep our cars for as long as possible. I could just keep adding oil, but I dont want to deal with these kinds of issues. Back to Toyota and Lexus for me, I learned my lesson

Nah get rid of that pile of junk run to Lexus of Glendale and check out Lexus models.
If I were you, I would trade it in for a Toyota or Lexus product. Even if it could be repaired, there may be other issues cropping up down the road. I’d go for piece of mind and trade it in - let it be someone else’s worry.
