I'm looking to buy a 2015 Honda Fit LX with only 77,438 miles for $8,541 from a used car dealership, does a Honda Fit fall into the reliable category or are there particular things I should consider before getting it?
Extremely reliable, but small transportation. Price depends on your location, but I’d still try to negotiate for a better deal.
As with any used car, have it thoroughly inspected by a professional mechanic, before you buy it.
If a mechanic gives it a clean chit, there’s still plenty of life left in that Fit.
I live in California in the Los Angeles and San Bernardino area
For your location that's not a bad deal. They are reliable cars. Just have it checked out by an independent mechanic before you buy.
They are pretty good cars and that is a decent deal.
That is a pretty good price on a pretty good car. Honda knows what they're doing with small cars like the honda fit and honda civic and their engines and transmissions will absolutely never die and will require low maintnence. Go for it!
