I have received (through family) a 2015 Murano SL,fwd, 6 cyl with 160,000 miles on it. It has no records of flush or drain of cvt since 60,000 miles. Do I drain and fill cvt or flush?

Drain and fill only! with the nissan fluid.

I'm with @jlv - CVT maintenance is very fussy with respect to OEM specs. One of few service items that probably is best done at the dealer (find a big dealer that does a lot of them and has a good reputation, and do what they recommend).
