I got a 2015 Toyota sienna with 133,000 miles. runs and shifts great is it too late to start to drain and fill the transmission fluid? I've never done it it just slipped my mind

Did you check the condition of the old fluid first?  If it's really dirty, then I would play it safe and not touch it.  But if the fluid is clean, the best thing in that case is to just drain the old fluid, change the filter, and refill.

If the current transmission fluid is reasonably clean, why not.

if the transmission fluid is black and the filter is clogged up I’d definitely be very cautious, although it’s a Toyota and it’s probably gonna be alright.

If you replace the fluid temporarily keep the old one in a clean canister so you can put it back in if it slips and starts to drive oddly.
