2015+ Silverado 5.3 cylinder deactivation
This is the 3rd time my truck has gone back to the dealer because my cylinder 7 lifters keeps failing, it doesn’t leave me stranded but the truck goes into limp mode with flashing engine light and solid stabilitrak light, I would say the motor is done. What should I do about gm? People are being screwed left and right because of the poor lifter design.

5.3's were one of the best engines of all time until they added that AFM, made them absolute junk.
