I have a 2015 Chrysler town and country 134 k miles
I'm losing coolant ( about a gallon per year) and I don't see any evidence of leaks coming from anywhere. Is it normal or do I have a leak somewhere.

Even underneath the vehicle? Make sure you check that as well. Have your cooling system pressure tested.
I would do a presure test. I have never done it.

Not normal. Change the pressure cap.

It is either leaking coolant or burning coolant. You need to get a coolant system pressure test or a dye test and an engine compression test to be sure.
