Recently bought a used 2016 4runner from a dealer with 79000kms. Everything has been fine and now it's up to 112000kms and I went to the Toyota dealer and they changed, not flushed the transmission oil and after driving it home cause it's out of town the transmission is loud and making noise. Should I be worried about damage?

Tow it back immediately.

Most definitely. Don't drive it.

Yes. I do not think they have filled it all the way.
