Hello I have. A 2013 GMC Terrain with 180,000 miles…I have replaced the oil filter, high fuel pressure pump, throttle body, camshaft sensors both A and B, fuel pressure sensor, fuel rail sensor, checked the battery which came up in excellent condition. I even depressurized the fuel system. All in all still coming up with P0089 and 228d codes which states that the fuel pressure is too high. Took it to 4 mechanic and they’re all stumped. Can you figure it out?

Clarification: Which engine and transmission?

It sounds like an electrical problem in the fuel pressure regulator circuit.  Is this an OEM or after market part?  Check all your wiring connections to the regulator for cleanliness and tightness.
