My car has been running fine ever since I got it. Recently, I had a misfire, which was fixed. It was a spark plug and coil issue…or so I thought. I changed all my coils and spark plugs, and the car ran phenomenally.
I then started to have another misfire. I ran a code on it, P301 is the code I got. What are the potential issues? How do I diagnose those issues? How would I fix them?
I understand it could be an actual issue with my Cylinder 1. However, it could also be my fuel injectors or head gasket. I’m wondering if there’s any other issues it could be?

intake air leak, bad fuel pressure. Do a wet and dry compression test on cylinder 1. If cylinder 1 has no compression, then the motor needs replacement.
