Just wanted to say your the man
Wife owns a 2016 compass 2.0 fwd. Temperature reads on third white line on gauge. I put a new radiator cap on but didn't really help. Could it be both thermostats? There's no engine light on. Thank you and God bless!

Many things can make an engine run too hot. See the troubleshooting section of the FAQ.
