Windshield washer. Have trouble shot windshield spritzer only dribbling. Problem is below all the hoses above the washer tank. Is there anything I can do short of removing the tank or pump.

The pump could be bad, take a test light and check the wiring harness, if it lights up pump is bad or could be a bad fuse.
