I unplugged the fuse box under the dash to get to the blower motor I seemed to have hooked everything up the way it was and now there is absolutely no power to the car what could I have done wrong

Double-check your work. If everything was OK before you did the work it's very likely something has gotten disconnected or hooked up wrong. Or, their may be a master fuse or fusible link that has blown.
