I have a beautiful car that’s giving me grief. I have a 2016 Gle 450 Amg coupe that now has over. 87,000 miles on it with a malfunctioning transmission Mercedes has known that this is a compliance issue at the time of manufacturing. Mercedes states that the shifting issue is coming from the rear tire well getting water in it and causing a fuel pump issue which causes a car to stall and possibly shift hard, which is not true it is a compliance issue with the function of the nine gear shifter as well as the transmission. My car was in an accident and I was hit while my car was stalled in the middle of the road. Mercedes-Benz did not accept blame in the situation. I should’ve got an attorney which I did not. However, I was wondering if you could help with something regarding any recall, or compliance issues with my vehicle. Maybe you know something that I don’t. You may know or be aware  if this is  a simple minor issues such as a fuse or sensor that’s causing the malfunction and the shifting of the car as well as the transmission codes  throttlebody codes as well
