Scotty,

I have a 2016 Honda Accord EXL I4 CVT 66k mi. I can feel a slight vibration from inside the cabin both on the highway (i drive conservatively, mostly at speed limit & cruise control) and while stopped at a stop light. But when i shift into park, it stops.
It was regularly maintained at dealer until 60k mi. My dad now maintains the car, it had an oil change at 60k and 65k and topped off fluids.
I noticed this time the oil level is slightly above the fill line. Does this have any effects on engine vibrations?  Tires will soon be replaced.

Ive attached an image of my dip stick

change spark plugs and clean fuel injectors  if that dose not help then change all ignition coils

The 4 cylinders do vibrate in drive or in load. Check the motor mounts but 99% sure they are good.

Oil level should be between the two marks on the dipstick
