My 2016 continues to wear tires on inside of tire tread. No local shops want to evaluate and the dealer is expensive and far away. Any thoughts on adjusting the camber at home/shop? Is this something a car moron can accomplish or will I create problems?

Unless you the special laser alignment machine, no. If the inside of your tires is wearing out, you either have too much toe out or too much negative camber.
