Pass. It has a turbo charged four cylinder engine. With that mileage, it is likely that it goes and you need to spend a fortune to fix it.
Personally I'd never paid 10 grand for a car with that kind of mileage on it the deal is always charged too much. They can be good cars but you're not getting any guarantee and you're paying out 10 grand for an old car
My sister has the same car only a 2011, with 150K, its bulletproof
